On March 12-13, 2024, the Clusters4Health initiative officially launched in Iași, Romania, marking a significant milestone in European and Ukrainian healthcare collaboration. Understanding Ukraine’s Healthcare Challenges
On the second day of the event, Clusters4Health hosted the “Mapping the Ukrainian Value Chain” workshop, led by Daniel Cosnita, President of the Romanian Cluster Association. This session played a key role in identifying disruptions in Ukraine’s healthcare value chain, many of which have been exacerbated by the war.
With support from partners including Rivne Interregional Medical Cluster, RIVNE TACMED, and ProMedMan Cluster, the team developed a survey to be distributed among 100 key stakeholders in Ukraine’s healthcare system. The results will help shape targeted solutions and guide future collaborative projects.
