InnoMedCatalyst launches a new opportunity dedicated to ambitious innovators ready to transform promising ideas into strong European collaborations in 5P Medicine (Predictive, Preventive, Personalised, Participatory and Precision Medicine).
Start-ups, SMEs, biotech companies, MedTech and Digital Health innovators, research organisations, universities and healthcare providers are invited to join a unique consortium-building programme designed to prepare competitive project outlines for future European funding opportunities.

Genomics and biomarker-based diagnostics, Precision diagnostics, AI for healthcare, Digital Health solutions, Clinical Decision Support Systems, Personalized therapies, Medical devices, Health data platforms, Data interoperability, Predictive analytics, Remote monitoring, Patient engagement technologies, Digital therapeutics, Precision prevention, Multi-omics technologies

Who can apply:
Applications must be submitted by a consortium of at least two independent organizations, with at least one partner established in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Belgium, Italy, Spain or Portugal.
This programme does not provide direct funding but it provides the opportunity to build high-quality European partnerships, strengthen innovation and position powerful consortiums within Europe’s precision medicine ecosystem.
