Synopsis:
Personal data such as personal preferences, pedometers, movements, search behavior on the internet,… Our data is omnipresent in our lives and society. We can no longer imagine a life without data and apps. The corona crisis also meant that even more things happened online, such as teleconsultations or the warning app for the Corona-alert virus. Despite the many advantages and possibilities, there is currently great mistrust that data is being used without permission.As citizens, we are becoming more aware of the use of data by third parties and its importance. Knowledge institutions, universities, governments and companies need data to be able to develop new technologies, research evolutions, diseases, etc. We Are wants to ensure that citizens have confidence in how their data is used.
